Daewoo Express Refund Policy
Travel plans may occasionally change due to unavoidable circumstances. To accommodate such situations, a structured and transparent refund process is available for eligible online bookings. This policy clearly outlines the applicable terms and conditions, eligibility criteria, and step-by-step procedure for submitting a refund request, ensuring clarity, fairness, and convenience for all passengers.

1. Eligibility for Refund
The refund facility is only applicable to tickets purchased through:
- Official website (online booking)
- Daewoo Self-Service Kiosks
- Daewoo Express Mobile App
Refund requests for tickets purchased through other channels may not be entertained under this online refund system.
2. Important Conditions
- Refund requests must be submitted against a valid Booking Number used for ticket purchase.
- Refund will not be applicable if:
- The ticket has already been generated, and
- The passenger has completed the journey on that ticket.
- Refund requests made after bus departure will not be accepted.
- In case of providing false or misleading information, the request will be rejected.
- DPEBS (Daewoo Pakistan Express Bus Service) reserves the right to approve or reject any refund request.
- In certain situations, passengers may be eligible for a partial refund only.
3. Refund & Exchange Process
To refund or exchange an online ticket:
- The respective terminal administration will act as the point of contact.
- For transactions made using Daewoo Miles, only the miles will be reversed (no cash refund).
- Refunds to credit/debit cards may take 3–4 weeks, depending on the operational procedures of the acquiring bank.
How to Apply for Refund (Online Process)?
Step 1: Visit the Refund Page

Choose one of the following:
- Bus Cancelled
- Ticket Not Issued
- Other
Click Next.

Step 3: Enter Booking Information
Provide:
- Booking Number (Book #)
- Phone Number (Cell #)
- Departure Date
Click Search.

Step 4: Fill the Refund Form

- Select preferred Refund As option (as applicable).

After completing all required fields, submit the form. Your request will be reviewed, and you will be notified accordingly.
Processing Timeline
- Refund approval is subject to verification.
- Credit/Debit card reversals may take 3–4 weeks.
- Daewoo Miles refunds will be adjusted directly into the passenger’s Miles account.
